Privacy Policy — Flappy Bee

English · Français

Last updated: October 2, 2026 — applies to Flappy Bee from version 1.27.10.

1. Who we are

The Flappy Bee app (the "App") is published by [PUBLISHER NAME / TRILDA DEV CENTER], [legal form], [address], [company registration number, if any] ("we", "us"). Contact for any question about your data: [contact e-mail address].

2. In short

  • No account is needed. We never ask for your name, e-mail or phone number.
  • We do not collect personal data ourselves and run no server that would receive it.
  • The App is free and funded by ads: our advertising partner Google AdMob processes some data from your device, according to your consent choices.
  • Your game settings stay on your device.

3.1 Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App shows banner ads, interstitial ads and, only if you choose to, rewarded ads. To serve and measure them, Google may process: your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID; on iOS, the IDFA only if you allow it through the "App Tracking Transparency" prompt), your IP address (and an approximate location derived from it), technical information about your device and the App, and your interactions with ads.

  • Personalised ads and access to information on your device: based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), collected at first launch through Google's consent form (IAB TCF framework).
  • Non-personalised ads, measurement and fraud prevention: for the purposes shown in the consent form, based on consent or legitimate interest.

Google acts as an independent controller for its own purposes. See: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

Your consent choices are stored on your device (TCF consent string) so they are respected at every launch. On iOS, Apple's tracking prompt (ATT) is then shown; your answer is managed by iOS.

3.3 Banner messages (biplane)

The App downloads a file of bee-protection awareness messages from gitlab.com. This request contains no identifier; like any Internet connection, it reveals your IP address to GitLab, which may log it under its own policy (https://about.gitlab.com/privacy/). The file is kept on your device for offline use.

3.4 Store reviews

The App may show Apple's or Google's official review prompt. Your rating and comment go directly to the App Store or Google Play under their terms; we do not receive your identity through the App.

3.5 Data kept on your device only

Best score, audio settings, warm screen filter and its hours, the version for which a review was offered, consent choices. These are never sent to us and are deleted when you uninstall the App.

3.6 What we don't do

No usage analytics, no precise location tracking, no access to your contacts, photos, microphone or camera, no sale of personal data.

4. Retention

We keep no data on our servers. Data processed by Google and GitLab is kept under their respective policies. Local data is kept until you uninstall the App.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Google and GitLab may process data in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time: - in the App: the "Privacy settings" button on the start screen; - on iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; - on Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads (reset or delete the advertising ID).

For data processed by Google, you can also exercise your rights with Google directly. For any request: [contact e-mail address]. You may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr).

7. Children

[TO DECIDE: the App is not directed at children under 15 / the App is also directed at children — in that case ads are configured for a child audience and are not personalised.]

8. Security

The App's network traffic uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top applies. For significant changes, we will let you know in the App.
