1. Purpose and acceptance¶
These terms govern your use of the Flappy Bee app (the "App"), published by [PUBLISHER NAME / TRILDA DEV CENTER], [address], [contact e-mail address]. By downloading or using the App, you accept them. The terms of Apple's App Store or Google Play also apply.
2. Licence¶
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the App on your devices, for private, non-commercial purposes. The App is free and funded by advertising.
3. Rules of use¶
You must not: copy, modify, decompile or disassemble the App (except as permitted by law); bypass or block ads by technical means; click on ads artificially or automatically; use the App for unlawful purposes.
4. Ads and rewards¶
The App shows ads provided by Google AdMob, according to your consent choices (see the Privacy Policy). Rewarded ads are always optional. The reward (the obstacle preview) has no monetary value, cannot be exchanged or refunded, and lasts for the current game session.
5. Content¶
The bee-protection awareness messages shown in the App are provided for information and may change without notice.
6. Intellectual property¶
The App, its graphics, sounds, texts and code are protected by copyright and remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors.
7. Health and safety¶
Take regular breaks. Some people may experience photosensitive epileptic seizures when exposed to flashing lights: if you feel unwell, stop playing immediately and see a doctor. Do not play in situations that require your attention (for example while driving).
8. Availability and updates¶
We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the App. Some features (ads, messages) need an Internet connection. Updates may be required to keep using the App.
9. Liability¶
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages resulting from its use, nor for third-party services (Apple, Google, GitLab). Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or our liability for gross negligence or fraud.
10. Termination¶
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate the licence if you breach these terms.
11. Changes¶
We may change these terms; the version in force is the one published on the date of use. For significant changes, we will let you know in the App.
12. Governing law and disputes¶
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge: [MEDIATOR NAME AND CONTACT DETAILS]. Failing an amicable settlement, the courts designated by law have jurisdiction.
